"An invaluable member of the team"
We were lucky enough to work with Bekah for two years on our DCMS funded Liverpool 5G Create project. Bekah joined the project management team in October 2020. When we interviewed her for the post she said she was used to working with a disparate group of people to make things happen. She was not wrong!
As COVID hit we had to do everything remotely but this challenge did not stop the team. Bekah was incredibly organised and enthusiastic at all times. Building up good relationships with all the project partners, Bekah became an invaluable member of the team. When we did manage to hold events Bekah kept everything calm and organised.
Bekah will bring great project management skills to any team.
"Would be an asset to any project"
IVM recruited Bekah due to a personal recommendation as Ticketing and Box Office Manager for the inaugural Saudi Cup in Riyadh, 2020. With an extremely tight turnaround time, she delivered on all requirements under immense pressure and exceeded our expectations. She was extremely efficient and capable, with fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail, and able to quickly and effectively problem solve to overcome the numerous unexpected challenges that arose when working in such a unique environment in such time restricted conditions. Bekah immediately slotted well into the wide team of diverse experts and quickly became a key team member, supporting all aspects of the event including those outside her specified duties to ensure successful delivery of the event.
Bekah’s work ethic shone during the campaign, she works to an extremely high standard and excelled in the role. She was instrumental in the delivery of the Ticketing and Box Office for the Saudi Cup 2020, and would be an asset to any project. We hope to have the opportunity to work with her again soon.

"Cannot recommend Bekah’s services highly enough! 5 stars"

John Patrick - Director
Elite Concerts International Ltd
Bekah joined Elite after a number of years rising through the ranks at Liverpool Echo Arena. We often promoted shows at the arena at the time and had dealt with Bekah on many occasions during her role as Client Account Manager, therefore, we were already well aware of her high calibre and the decision to bring her on board was an easy one. However, what came as a great surprise was the overall extent of her skillset, her aptitude to all elements of the business of promoting and, perhaps her most impressive traits, her sheer proficiency in the office and incredible organisational skills. Overlooking or forgetting a task is seemingly an impossibility where Bekah is concerned.
Bekah’s initial role when she joined Elite was ’Ticketing Manager & Marketing’. Her experience as box office manager during her time at the Echo Arena (before her promotion to Client Account Manager) was an incredible asset to bring into a concert promotions company. For most people, when promoting over 200 shows a year in over 100 different venues, it is a monumental undertaking to liaise with venues for multi-band ticket pricing and event set ups etc. But Bekah breezed through this side of the business.
Bekah also quickly took on the marketing side of the business, and in just a few short months, her marketing position was promoted to the role of ‘Marketing Manager’ in which she continued to excel throughout her tenure at Elite, with no detriment to her second role of ’Ticketing Manager’. The fact that she could manage both elements of the business with little or no input from myself was extremely impressive. This took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on more profitable tasks such as procuring new leads and building new relationships for the business.
Overall, we were extremely saddened when Bekah decided to leave to start her own company. But it did not come as a surprise as I always expected we would not hold on to her forever and that the time would come for her to spread her wings and move on. However, thankfully she is still able to play an integral role for our company as we continue to contract her services through Westelle.
We wish her every success in the future, which I believe is as good as assured for her. To sum up, I cannot recommend Bekah’s/Westelle’s services highly enough.
"Sterling Reputation"
I worked alongside Bekah for several years at the M&S Bank Arena, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of Ticketing for Entertainment and Sports Events. This included initial show set up, producing manifests and building shows on the ticketing system, show management throughout the campaign including agent allocation management, right through to on-site box office management on event days and post-show reconciliation.
Bekah is extremely proficient in all aspects of Box Office and Ticketing Management and regularly received positive feedback from our clients. She is thorough, efficient, and, as a main contact for promoter liaison, I could rest easy when Bekah was managing a show, in the knowledge both the show and promoter were in safe hands. She is thought of very highly as an industry professional and built a sterling reputation both within the company and with our external clients.
We were extremely sorry to lose her when she moved on, but I’m delighted we’re still able to work with her through Westelle, and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

"Helped us make a real difference"

Bekah has been an excellent member of our Crisis Food Packing & Delivery Team. During the 12 weeks over lockdown, we have really got to know her as a person and she has been a wonderful addition to the team. She is enthusiastic, caring, motivated and above all, able to offer advice and information when required. We will certainly miss working with her but know that she will be hard at work getting Westelle up and running again. Bekah is a lovely, bubbly, interactive person and it really did feel that she had been part of our team for years. She has helped us make a real difference in thousands of lives and for that she will always have out thanks and best wishes
